Millville, Pennsylvania — Established in 1994, IHC Chapter 17 is home of the Bartlow Prototype International Harvester Dealership Building Museum, a unique part of agricultural history in Central Pennsylvania. IHC Chapter #17 is dedicated to sharing and preserving the history of International Harvester tractors, equipment, memorabilia and more.

Club Vision
- To expand utilization of the IHC Chapter 17’s Bartlow Prototype Dealership Building Museum as the core site of changing educational exhibits of IHC historic materials open to the public on a regular schedule.
- To expand Chapter 17 membership and public communications to aid collection, preservation, restoration and exhibition of IHC related artifacts and materials.
